Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field.
- 3+ years of Project Management experience.
- Experience in the spirits or food industry preferred.
- Fluency in English and professional proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
- Strong understanding of globalization impacts on projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead discussions among various stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate project inputs from cross-functional partners.
- Provide tracking of innovation and market extension projects.
- Escalate project risks and manage mitigation plans.
- Document project details accurately for stakeholders.
- Update project tracking files for ongoing projects.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards.
