- Contact debtors to remind and collect overdue payments.
- Communicate clearly about outstanding balances and penalties.
- Coordinate with field teams for follow-up actions.
- Work towards daily and monthly collection targets.
- Manage interactions professionally and empathetically.
- Document all communications and collections efforts.
- Attend offline interviews as necessary.
