Responsibilities
- Perform credit and collection activities
- Review open accounts for collection efforts
- Prepare monthly statements of accounts
- Identify and log customer disputes
- Support workflow to meet metric goals
- Assist in reviewing received payments
- Monitor advance payments and coordinate with business units
