- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform credit and collection activities.
- Prepare and communicate monthly statements to customers.
- Log customer disputes and initiate resolutions.
- Support workflow to exceed collection metrics.
- Review customer remittance advice and allocate payments.
- Monitor advance payments with business units.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
