Responsibilities
- Monitor delinquent accounts and implement collection procedures.
- Send follow-up letters and accept payments on certain accounts.
- Perform tasks to support post-sale customer administration.
- Input information to accurately reflect account activity.
- Re-bill companies or individuals when appropriate.
- Respond to inquiries from customers regarding billing issues.
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and manage credit lines.
