Responsibilities

Make reminder calls to customers before payment due dates.
Conduct daily collections for overdue payments via phone.
Contact customers who are overdue for payment collections.
Maximize collection effectiveness by actively reaching out to customers.
Assist customers with payment services and financial explanations.
Maintain good relationships with customers.
Perform administrative tasks related to collections.
