Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- 5 years of experience in B2B debt collection
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of outstanding receivables.
- Recover overdue payments from partners.
- Meet assigned collections rate and outreach targets.
- Negotiate with hotel management for prompt payments.
- Monitor and update invoice statuses in the CRM.
- Follow SOPs for handling disputes and discrepancies.
- Assist with operational activities and report preparation.
