Responsibilities
- Perform collection activities for assigned portfolios.
- Assess reasons for non-payment and propose solutions.
- Negotiate repayment arrangements with borrowers.
- Propose Reschedule and Restructure plans for NPL debtors.
- Prepare legal documents for recovery actions.
- Follow up on recovery actions with lawyers.
- Manage customer feedback and disputes professionally.
