Core Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months experience in coffee barista or food service.
- Passion for coffee.
- Basic math skills for handling cash.
- Willingness to follow company standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and menu items.
- Ensure cleanliness of the bar area.
- Greet customers and take orders.
- Handle transactions using POS system.
- Maintain stock levels and assist in inventory.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members for customer experience.
