Responsibilities
- Coach new prospectors to achieve performance targets
- Ensure the Nesting process runs smoothly
- Track and evaluate performance and provide feedback
- Support team members' skills and motivation
- Work closely with the Nesting Director and other departments
- Ensure compliance with procedures and deadlines
- Mentor team members to build confidence
