  • 3+ years of Azure/M365 support experience
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills

Responsibilities

  • Resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
  • Handle complex issues across Azure, AVD, and M365.
  • Plan and implement changes in cloud infrastructure.
  • Manage backups and audits for Azure workloads.
  • Optimize monitoring and alerting using Azure tools.
  • Document processes and provide updates during incidents.
  • Coach junior staff and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
