- AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate certification
- 2+ years of experience in IT support
- 3+ years of Azure/M365 support experience
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills
Responsibilities
- Resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Handle complex issues across Azure, AVD, and M365.
- Plan and implement changes in cloud infrastructure.
- Manage backups and audits for Azure workloads.
- Optimize monitoring and alerting using Azure tools.
- Document processes and provide updates during incidents.
- Coach junior staff and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
