- Design and implement Cloud Contact Center systems
- Integrate PSTN, VoIP, and SIP Trunking
- Configure inbound and outbound calls
- Implement omni-channel services
- Support contact center operations
- Troubleshoot call quality issues
- Collaborate with AWS and vendors
