Core Requirements

Knowledge of ICH GCP and applicable regulations
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Monitor investigator sites using a risk-based approach.
Ensure data accuracy through various review processes.
Document observations and escalate issues as needed.
Conduct on-site and remote monitoring activities.
Participate in investigator meetings and site initiation.
Provide trial status updates to the Clinical Team Manager.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
