Core Requirements
- Must hold RN license (USRN and PRC).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
- Minimum 5 years nursing experience.
- One year leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare travel industry and credentialing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct phone/video interviews for clinicians/travelers.
- Maintain interviewing standards set by Clinical Team.
- Respond to clinician/traveler queries effectively.
- Complete standardized interview feedback forms.
- Adhere to turnaround time for documentation.
- Participate in self and peer evaluations monthly.
- Promote collaboration with recruiters and managers.
