Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical point of contact for clients
  • Develop relationships aligning client needs with technical outcomes
  • Support client onboarding and solution adoption
  • Address client technical inquiries in a timely manner
  • Monitor client health and highlight service trends
  • Collaborate with delivery and operations teams for solution implementation
  • Capture client feedback for continuous improvement
