Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across non-face-to-face channels
- Guide customers and front-office staff on the online trading platform
- Act as primary contact for operational and technical queries
- Process applications related to the online trading portal
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide feedback
- Support administrative tasks and contribute to projects
