Core Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in client operations.
  • Expertise in cloud software such as Google Analytics and CRM.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth implementation and execution of projects.
  • Train clients on product features for maximum utility.
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve queries about the product.
  • Maintain data integrity in CRM and update stakeholders.
  • Take responsibility for NPS and product adoption metrics.
  • Communicate business information and provide feedback to management.
