- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Connect with clients and book coaches
- Manage 8 coaches per day
- Generate at least 300 leads daily
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter for engagement
- Use pre-written scripts for client interaction
- Place outbound calls as needed
- Support back-office team part-time
