Core Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in finance or operations
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Good interpersonal skills
- Solid analytical skills
- Self-starter ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Claims team
- Create and compile daily and monthly reports
- Collect receivable payments
- Coordinate with stakeholders for task completion
- Provide coaching to team members
- Update process flows based on policy changes
- Ensure timely reporting and data accuracy
