Core Requirements
- 12+ years in engineering
- 5+ years in VP/CTO/Head of Engineering roles
- Experience in trading systems
- Hands-on experience with EVM-based smart contracts
- Mobile app development experience in fintech or trading
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the Cronos App
- Architect the hybrid CLOB + RFQ market structure
- Design protocol-level infrastructure decisions
- Lead and scale a high-performance engineering team
- Establish a culture of accountability and technical excellence
- Implement processes supporting high-velocity development
- Collaborate with product-engineering alignment at an executive level
