Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Safety.
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience.
- At least 5 years in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Certified Safety Professional or NEBOSH Diploma.
- Strong knowledge of SHE regulations and practices.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor SHE management systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification.
- Lead incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Organize and oversee SHE training programs.
- Liaise with authorities on SHE matters.
- Prepare and maintain SHE documentation.
