Responsibilities

  • Coordinate UMobile planned work requests
  • Manage approval notifications and follow-ups
  • Attend Change Management review meetings
  • Engage with external partners for planned work activities
  • Conduct audits related to Information Security Management
  • Ensure timely follow-up on Business Continuity Plan matters
  • Be on standby for after-hours planned work issues
