- Draft and format change communications.
- Support the creation of visuals and infographics.
- Assist in managing communication calendars.
- Help coordinate workshops and engagement activities.
- Collect and consolidate feedback surveys.
- Maintain documents and templates for change initiatives.
- Assist senior team members with ad-hoc tasks.
