Responsibilities
- Conduct village surveys and prospecting activities.
- Source new customers and form JLG groups.
- Promote financial literacy amongst clients.
- Collect information for data entry and sourcing processes.
- Coordinate with branch management for approvals.
- Plan and conduct center meetings for customers.
- Ensure collections are compliant with scheduled meetings.
