Responsibilities
- Conduct village surveys and prospecting in selected villages.
- Source new customers and form JLG groups.
- Collect necessary information for sourcing and validate documents.
- Coordinate with the branch manager and credit ops officer.
- Plan and facilitate center meetings for customers.
- Ensure customer participation and resolve queries.
- Maintain compliance with operational SOPs and procedures.
