Responsibilities

  • Conduct village surveys and prospecting in selected villages.
  • Source new customers and form JLG groups.
  • Collect necessary information for sourcing and validate documents.
  • Coordinate with the branch manager and credit ops officer.
  • Plan and facilitate center meetings for customers.
  • Ensure customer participation and resolve queries.
  • Maintain compliance with operational SOPs and procedures.
