Responsibilities
- Conduct village surveys and prospecting in selected areas.
- Source new customers and form JLG groups.
- Collect information for sourcing and validate documents.
- Coordinate with branch management for approvals.
- Plan and notify centre meetings for customers.
- Ensure customer participation and resolve queries.
- Maintain a portfolio of 450-500 customers.
