- Source new customers and form JLG groups.
- Collect and validate necessary documentation.
- Plan and conduct centre meetings with customers.
- Ensure 100% compliance with SOPs.
- Monitor loan usage as per process guidelines.
- Maintain customer relationships and resolve queries.
