Responsibilities
- Conduct village surveys and prospect for new customers.
- Source and form JLG groups for financial literacy.
- Coordinate with branch for approvals and disbursements.
- Plan and facilitate Centre meetings with customers.
- Ensure timely collections as per meeting schedules.
- Monitor loan usage and compliance with SOPs.
- Submit daily reports to the Branch Manager.
