Responsibilities

  • Manage card fulfillment and issuance tracking
  • Ensure operational activities meet SLAs
  • Maintain documentation in line with SOPs
  • Perform data checks for accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Escalate exceptions to the Team Lead
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements
