  • Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing employee benefit programs
  • Communicate benefits and compensation information to employees
  • Maintain HR documentation accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist in recruitment and training processes
  • Prepare HR data and reports
  • Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations
  • Perform clerical duties including data entry and document management
