Core Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in a related field
- Minimum of three years of HR experience
- Knowledge of benefits & compensation policies
- Strong HR systems acumen
- Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing employee benefit programs
- Communicate benefits and compensation information to employees
- Maintain HR documentation accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in recruitment and training processes
- Prepare HR data and reports
- Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations
- Perform clerical duties including data entry and document management
