Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems
- Ensure adherence to the Stage Gate process for product development
- Conduct design analysis using FEA software
- Create and manage technical specifications and BOMs
- Communicate design concepts to cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to solve design challenges
- Stay updated on industry standards and technologies
