Responsibilities
- Place purchase orders for production materials
- Monitor status of open purchase orders
- Expedite or defer orders as needed
- Determine optimal inventory levels based on forecasts
- Coordinate material flows for product changes
- Resolve issues regarding PO discrepancies
- Provide backup support for supply chain functions
