Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the global system order creation process.
- Design a consistent workflow for system order creation.
- Support the design of the order-creation environment in S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, and Engineering teams.
- Define standards for order accuracy and completeness.
- Establish governance and roles for order processes.
- Drive continuous improvement using KPIs and user feedback.
