- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Extract and prepare weekly HR reports.
- Develop and maintain quarterly and yearly Workforce Planning.
- Perform data extraction and analysis for headcount management.
- Update employee records regarding assignments and availability.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for hiring needs.
- Support PMs with onboarding of agency contractors.
- Drive process enhancements through automation and data modeling.
