Core Requirements

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain service performance metrics and KPIs
Lead reporting activities across the GBC and US Workstreams
Perform data quality and KPI reviews
Identify process improvement opportunities
Automate reporting processes
Document and share working experiences
Communicate with stakeholders and customers
