Core Requirements
- Any graduate
- 3-4 years of experience
- Experience in business development in healthcare
- Understanding of lead generation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CRM and lead trackers
- Track inbound and outbound leads
- Schedule follow-up calls for CSM
- Prepare lead summaries and meeting notes
- Support outreach to healthcare professionals
- Assist in preparing proposals and service overviews
- Track business development KPIs and report
