  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in sales, preferably in finance or SaaS.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Customer service mindset and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct telesales and cold calls to reach potential customers.
  • Build and develop a qualified lead list through various channels.
  • Meet KPIs related to call volume and lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to transfer quality leads.
  • Update and manage customer data in the CRM system.
  • Engage in customer service activities and reactivate inactive clients.
  • Perform additional tasks to support overall business operations.
