Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or business
- 5 years experience in Ground & Rail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- In-depth logistics industry knowledge
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls focused on target accounts
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Input sales data into CRM software
- Develop standard operating procedures for accounts
- Prepare and deliver customer quotations
- Assist in resolving customer complaints
- Present GROUND business updates to clients
