Core Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new project leads and sales opportunities.
  • Lead sales proposal preparation and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with distributors for client engagement.
  • Maintain relationships with Developers and Architects.
  • Support daily sales operations including order processing.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for process improvement.
  • Participate in industry events for networking and market insights.
