Core Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
Strong analytical and communication skills in English and Thai.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
Perform gap analysis to identify process discrepancies.
Analyze workflows to translate needs into specifications.
Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions.
Assist in creating RFPs and evaluate vendor responses.
Support project planning and resource allocation.
Coordinate UAT activities and document testing results.
