Responsibilities
- Oversee engineering operations and maintenance
- Develop and execute a 52-week maintenance program
- Coordinate with tenants on technical requirements
- Review compliance of fit-out plans
- Recommend improvements for OPEX and CAPEX budgets
- Implement energy conservation measures
- Record and process tenant utilities
