Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS or Automation
- Experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA
- Knowledge of SAP EAM, ERF or related systems
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain building management systems
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
- Monitor and respond to BMS alerts
- Ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards
- Coordinate with departments and oversee contractors
- Maintain logs and documentation
- Manage spare parts inventory
