Core Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
- 4–7 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
- Experience with distributors or key accounts.
- Strong commercial mindset and execution skills.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and market share growth across various channels.
- Manage pricing, trade promotions, and channel strategies.
- Track monthly sell-in, sell-through, and execution quality.
- Oversee the full business P&L, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Coordinate with the distributor on planning and execution.
- Support product training and sales enablement activities.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess stock.
