Core Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
  • 4–7 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
  • Experience with distributors or key accounts.
  • Strong commercial mindset and execution skills.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and market share growth across various channels.
  • Manage pricing, trade promotions, and channel strategies.
  • Track monthly sell-in, sell-through, and execution quality.
  • Oversee the full business P&L, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Coordinate with the distributor on planning and execution.
  • Support product training and sales enablement activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess stock.
