Core Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of brand management experience in FMCG.
  • Proven success in developing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategy based on consumer insights.
  • Lead annual and quarterly planning for brand initiatives.
  • Manage the brand calendar including product launches and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams for brand alignment.
  • Oversee execution of 360° marketing campaigns.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor brand performance and optimize strategies.
