Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct consumer and market research.
- Define product and brand concepts.
- Supervise product development and packaging design.
- Monitor advertising campaigns and sales performance.
- Collaborate with R&D, Finance, and Sales departments.
- Contribute to business plan development.
