Core Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in sales or telecommunications.
- 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in FTTH sales.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive new sales and subscriber growth.
- Lead and manage the FTTH sales team.
- Ensure sales quality to reduce churn.
- Implement strategies to improve retention.
- Oversee operations of the sales branch.
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage internal operations including HR and Finance.
