Core Requirements
- 2-3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Experience with Xero accounting software
- CPA or aspiring CPA qualification
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients
Responsibilities
- Handle multiple client's files across different industries
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping processes
- Prepare BAS and IAS including GST and Payroll reconciliation
- Direct client communication through email, phone, and video call
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for clients
- Ensure compliance with client deadlines
- Assist with equity and share option accounting
