Core Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 2 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in Xero
  • Familiarity with BAS and payroll processes
  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records in Xero
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Assist with payroll and superannuation
  • Manage bills via Xero and Hubdoc
  • Monitor the Accounts email inbox
  • Provide ad hoc support to senior bookkeepers
