Core Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences or related field
Practical laboratory experience in recombinant protein expression
Familiarity with mammalian cell culture and chromatography
Good troubleshooting skills
Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Conduct experiments on mammalian cells like HEK293 and CHO
Analyze and process data from cell culture experiments
Operate bioreactors and prepare buffers
Update and formulate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Manage laboratory instruments and perform maintenance
Purify recombinant antibodies and proteins using chromatography
Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor
