Core Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- 3+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler
- Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D
- Good understanding of BIM workflows and standards
- Ability to interpret construction drawings
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM models using Revit and Civil 3D
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models as required
- Coordinate with engineers and architects
- Update and maintain BIM models throughout the lifecycle
- Perform clash detection on models
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards and specifications
- Support quantity take-offs and revisions
